  11. Ok, here's the deal.  I am running Win95.  My communications program is 
  12. Terminate 3.0 Professional.  I have a 33.6k sportster.  The problem?  
  13. Well, I can download stuff at 3200-3300 cps but I can't send any faster 
  14. than 2200 cps.  I think it's the fact I'm running a dos program in Win95 
  15. but I don't know?  Has anyone else had the same problem?  Please respond
